“Base 5 suspended ceilings are made of U-shaped strips measuring 25 × 5 mm. The narrow crossbar allows the ceiling to be constructed with a very fine mesh (from 30 mm) while maintaining a large open area (almost 70% for a mesh of 30 × 30 mm). The openwork panels can also be laid on standard T 24 and T 15 construction.
