OPENING OF SECTIONS

Profile typu „Z” i „C” umożliwiają szybką i łatwą zabudowę hal przemysłowych lub usługowych. Łączenie ich odbywa się głównie za pomocą śrub. Do tego celu w profilach przewidziano trzy typy otworów (tabela 1):

W zależności od typu zastosowanego profilu występują różne wartości rozstawu otworów techniczno-montażowych. Ich wartości podane są w tabeli poniżej.
Na rysunku przedstawiono możliwości otworowania wzdłużnego.
Otworowanie jest możliwe we wszystkich płaszczyznach kształtownika.

TYPES AND ARRANGEMENT OF HOLES

The types and locations of the openings in the Z / C profiles are basically arbitrary and we present them on the example drawings.

TRANSPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

In the case of collection by own means of transport, the car should have an open loading platform enabling easy loading and unloading.
Galvanized and alluzin profiles must be protected against getting wet!

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Oiling and passivation of galvanized sheets is a protection against white corrosion only during transport.
Sections stored in packages may not be stored outdoors or in rooms exposed to moisture and changing temperatures. Zinc and aluzinc coatings, in particular those that have not yet been subjected to the influence of weather conditions, i.e. without a protective zone protecting them, are sensitive to water condensation with limited air access (sheet metal stored in packages). Particular attention should be paid to unloading in winter conditions and storage in heated warehouses. Due to the large temperature difference, water precipitates between the sheets.
Metal sheets wet during transport or storage should be dried, then the profiles should be placed with spacers enabling free air circulation. After drying, galvanized (aluzinc) sections should be inspected and covered with a layer of preservative oil.
Sheets intended for longer storage should be inspected and then covered with a layer of machine oil – for galvanized and aluzinc sheets.
The result of not following the above recommendations is the formation of zinc corrosion relatively quickly (for galvanized and aluzinc sheets it can be only a few days) – i.e. white layers loosely connected to the substrate, which do not protect against corrosion.
